Doesn't it strike you odd and fundamentally wrong that an alleged progressive administration would base a large part of it's economic development policy on the idea that lower income citizens should be encouraged to gamble away their money so that the state doesn't have to raise taxes on all of us to provide services that all the citizens of the Commonwealth use? It does me.
