It's not a Civil War. Not in Iraq.
Let's see. 50 dead per day. That's 18,000 per year. That means in three years they will have lost as many as we did in Vietnam.
But I keep forgetting that that wasn't a war either. It was a "conflict." The basis for intervention there was an incident in the Tonkin Gulf that may not have been true. Sure sounds familiar. But that wasn't a Civil War then.
And it's not a Civil War now either.
